1 Acceptance of Terms

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe, conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, or a user's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be frozen during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and funds released. If a material breach is confirmed, 55zz reserves the right to withhold funds proportionate to any losses or damages caused by the breach, with any remaining balance returned to the verified account holder.
